You are welcome to browse, read and share links to anything here. Don’t scrape the site, misrepresent where its content came from or use it to do anything unlawful.

Whose content this is

The text, design and images on this site belong to Cincy Digital LLC unless noted otherwise. Client names, logos and website screenshots appearing in our case studies belong to those clients and appear with their permission. Nothing on this site grants you a license to reuse any of it beyond ordinary quotation with credit.

What this site’s content is, and isn’t

Pages on this site explain how we think about marketing, what services cost and how projects run. They are general information, offered in good faith, and they describe real client work honestly. They are not a contract, a quote or a guarantee of any outcome for your business. Marketing results depend on factors neither of us fully controls, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling something else.

Becoming a client

Services are provided under a separate written services agreement, which covers scope, fees, termination and everything else that matters. If anything on this site appears to conflict with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Links to other sites

We link to client websites and other outside resources. Those sites are run by their owners under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for what happens there.

Limits on liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cincy Digital LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by Ohio law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after that means the new version applies.
